Artcell is a Bangladeshi progressive rock band formed in October 1999.The band is one of the most well-known and popular bands in Bangladesh.The band's members are : Ershad Zaman - Lead guitars and back-up vocals, Lincoln D'Costa - Vocals and guitars , Cezanne - Bass and back-up vacoals and Shaju - drums and percussion.They all were school friends, who met up together and played songs of Metallica .Later on, Ershade made his own compositions and played them in the shows . They were applauded and acclaimed by the audiences.This resulted in the formation of the band . Ershad named it - Artcell - a rather soft name although their  genre is heavy metal and prog.rock . Artcell means cells where art is produced according to Cezanne and Shaju.
The band released two albums - Onno somoye and Oniket Prantor .The song Oniket Prantor is the longest song ever composed by a Bangladeshi.The other songs including - Chile Kothar Shepay - are released in albums of mixed bands.
The two most largest influences are of Metallica and Dream Theater along with other bands like Led Zappelin , Opeth and Megadeth.Each of the band members are highly respected for their versatile music and talents in composition in Bangladesh!

Alter Bridge is an American hard rock band formed by former members of Creed : Mark Tremonti - Lead guitarist , Brian Marshall - Bassist and Scott Philips - Drums and percussion .Later on Myles Kennedy who was a former member of 'The Mayfield Four' was invited to be their vocals.He joined the band as their lead vocalist (He did not play guitar for the first album only).The band was formed in 2004 in Orlando, Florida.
The band released their first studio album in August 2004- One Day Remains -on Wind-up Records.But the album met largely with negative reviews by their critics , although it was their only album stated gold.The critics quoted that the album had perceived similarities to Creed in their style of music.The band then signed up for Universal Republic by concluding their contact with Wind-up Records and released their second studio album - Blackbird .It met largely with extremely positive reviews.Later on the fans said that it was their best album.The band spent the next two years touring.In October 2010 they released their third studio album -  AB lll - on the band's own label EMI in North America .Their first live concert film - Live From Amsterdam - was released in January 2011.It was originally released on Amazon.com and met with two years of delay before finally being released in the stores.
According to Mark Tremonti , he named the band 'Alter Bridge' after an actual bridge near his home on Alter Road in Detroit, Michigan.Alter Bridge, later, achieved many achievements and prizes, despite their low progression in the beginning. Moreover, the members are involved in other projects and bands: Mark Tremonti with Creed and Tremonti, Brian Marshall with Creed , Myles Kennedy with the Mayfield Four and Slash's current solo project and Scott Philips with Creed.
And now , as I conclude , I want to say one thing more :
Alter Bridge will stay stagnant in the world of music forever and ever!

Dear all guitar lovers and guitarists,

You must have heard of a very talented lead guitarist, named Mark Tremonti.Now I am going to introduce him to all , not only guitarists, but all music lovers!

Mark Tremonti is an American musican and songwriter, commonly known for being the lead guitarist of Creed and Alter Bridge , which are two bands known in wide range .He  was born on 18^th April, 1974.Being a musician , his instruments are guitar, bass and vocals. His occupations are musician, songwriter and record producer. And believe it or not, he can play songs of more than seven genres ; alternative metal, hard rock, heavy metal, thrash metal, post grunge, neo- classical metal and  speed metal ! His signature guitar is the PRS Tremonti SE( If I could I would have wrote about this marvelous guitar, and I will try to write about it).He works for three bands – Alter Bridge , Creed and Tremonti ( Tremonti is his own band which is mainly used for solo projects.I can’t stop repeating that he is one of the most versatile and talented guitarists the world has ever seen. He was named ‘Guitarist of the Year’ for three consecutive years by Guitar World. He was voted as the fourth greatest heavy-metal guitarist by the magazine , Total Guitar.

Tremonti’s early life

Mark Tremonti  was born on 18^th April , 1974 in Detroit , Michigan.He grew up in Grosse Pointe, for most of his childhood life before he moved to Wilmette, Illinois. At

the age of eleven , he bought his first guitar , being very enthralled in music . After finishing his college life , he came back to Florida, where he enrolled in Florida State University. Here he gets reunited with his high school friend ,Scott Stapp.

They two eventually formed the band Creed .

There is so much to write about Mark Tremonti, his versatile solo album, his two legendary bands – Creed and Alter Bridge , which received RIAA awards for albums like One Day Remains by Alter Bridge.

Unless there are obstacles to obstruct Mark Tremonti’s career , he would surely go a lot further , I really believe.

What is the fastest object?

                                                                       The fastest object - light
 One of Einstein's long trusted fundamental las of physics is the theory of relativity.It tells us that light is the fastest object on Earth.
 It travels 300 000 km per second!!!Light goes on travelling in the universe until it is blocked by an object or if it is  absorbed!
 But from the past three years(from 2011),CERN was researching over this and they tell but did not declare it yet either they are sure, that they ave found
 some sub-atomic particles moving aster than light .
 Antonio Eriditato, their spokesman tells that nutrinos pumped from CERN Near Geneva arrived in Gran Sasso, in Italy , arrived in 60 nannoseconds.
 It moved quicker than light would have.
 However it is not yet declared and so it is still accepted that light is the fastest object in the Universe.

One of the most famouse of all guitarists in Bangladesh is Ershad Zaman.He was born in 4th July,1980.He is very well known , or I would say one of the most young craze of Bangladesh , for being the lead guitarist and lyricist of a famouse Bangladeshi progressive rock band Artcell.
However , today I am here to tell more about him.
Ershad was a great lover of music , and he started to learn guitar at just the age of seven!He was and is still a great fan of Metallica, an american thrash metal band.Thus he with three other former members of Artcell played songs of Metallica.He always had a great affectio  towards
musical solos which can be realized from the songs of Artcell.However, as I told you before , he played songs with three other friends , had finally decided to form a band(Ershad was at the age of nineteen).He named the band Artcell.
According to him , he gave the name Artcell , firstly, he wanted to give a soft name even being a prog.rock band.He also tell tells that artcell means cells where art is produced.
Ershad is also influenced by jazz and classical music apart from heavy metal music.
He is influenced by bands like Metallica,Megadeath,Iron Maiden,Pink Floyd,Led Zappelin,Symphony X,Opeth,Pantera etc.
                                                    Whatever nfluence our great guitarist, Ershad Zaman , he is a member of ARTCELL - the cell of art!!!!
